You’re invited! The Chico 2025 State of the City Address is March 25, 2025. 

Come hear from a variety of speakers about updates on the local economy, State of the City, and police force. An open Q&A will complete the event. 

Light breakfast refreshments will be served. Please note that this event is in person, and there will be no live-streaming option. Hope to see you there!

Speaking Begins at 9:00 a.m. 

•Mayor Kasey Reynolds will discuss the state of the city of Chico. 

•Fire Chief Steven Standridge will update the state of the Fire Department. 

•Police Chief Billy Aldridge will share the state of the Police Department. 

•Golden Valley Bank’s Chief Credit Officer Quinn Velasquez will explain the state of Chico’s local economy. 

•Chico State Interim CFO Jamie Clyde will share an update on California State University, Chico.

•CARD General Manager Annabel Grimm will discuss updates with Chico Area Recreation & Park District (CARD).
