Labor Law Posters

All U.S. employers are required to display up to date state and federal labor law posters to inform employees of their legal rights. Federal and state mandatory posters must be clearly visible in areas where workers commonly gather. Larger companies may need more than one posting site to provide access to all employees. These employers may need to display state and federal labor law posters in multiple breakrooms, for instance, to be in full legal compliance.
