In an ongoing effort to prepare for critical infrastructure upgrades and reimagine how downtown streets and spaces can evolve to meet current and future needs, the City of Chico is inviting residents, business owners, and community stakeholders to attend the second public workshop for the Downtown Chico Revitalization Project. This in-person event will take place on Tuesday, August 12, at 6:00 PM at the City Council Chambers, located at 421 Main Street. Discussion topics will include: 

• Street design concepts that support a vibrant and inviting downtown experience
• Potential bikeway network concepts designed to improve bicycle connectivity through downtown Chico and from surrounding existing facilities
• Considerations for roadway facility types that prioritize safety and comfort for all users
