Explore Butte County Community Clean-Up Weekend
Join Explore Butte County in giving back to our environment during a two-day community clean-up effort, September 20–21, 2025. These events are a chance to preserve the beauty of our parks and waterways while connecting with fellow volunteers. Bring your team, spread the word, and help keep Butte County a place we’re proud to share with visitors and locals alike!
Event Details
Saturday, Sept. 20 – Bidwell Park & Chico Creeks Cleanup
9:00am–12:00pm | Hooker Oak Park, 1928 Manzanita Ave
Free pizza lunch at the Volunteer Celebration from 12–1pm
Sunday, Sept. 21 – Feather River Clean-Up
10:00am–1:00pm | Riverbend Park, Oroville
Free lunch and supplies provided
All volunteers on the Explore Butte County team will receive gloves and cooling wraps.
