As supervisors, educators, caretakers, leaders, and guides, we create change in our organization and community. This work demands a lot from us, and the way we show up every day is critical. As we provide support to others, we have so many things going on and being brought to us each day. Are we practicing the things we believe in for ourselves? 

This training space will be a highly interactive experience that supports our skill-building through engagement, practice, and reflection. Let’s take some time to create a space to learn, grow and reflect with each other.
