YPO Leadership Luncheon: Intrapreneurship

Join the Chico Chamber of Commerce's Young Professionals Organization (YPO) for our monthly gathering as we hear from Chamber CEO & President, Mike Egbert.

Mike will share with us about his journey from a long-time solopreneur to becoming an INTRAPRENEUR - guiding the Chamber to new heights from within this community. 

Not everyone owns their own business - and not everyone wants to! Intrapreneurship refers to the process of implementing new ideas within an existing organization. It involves individuals who possess the creativity and innovation necessary to bring about new products, services, or management processes. Another way to look at it is teaching individuals how to create systems, allowing that employee to act like an entrepreneur within an existing organization. 

Learn about why INTRAPRENEURS are so important for organizational leadership and how innovation can lead your business to success. 

This event takes place on Wednesday, June 19th from 11:30-1:00pm at Broadway Heights, located at 300 Broadway Street, in downtown Chico. Tickets are $30 and come with a delicious lunch and refreshments (vegetarian and non-vegetarian options available).
