Authentic Leadership

FREE: for ETP members, for more information contact etp@butte.edu Participants will learn the importance of authenticity and trust in a leader. The class will cover redefining leadership for the 21st century, what authentic leadership is. Participants will identify their core values and create personal mission statements. The topics of, "Would I follow me," and how to build trust are also examined.
